Bob Wiersma, PT has been involved in healthcare/physical therapy since 1972 as a clinician, manager, executive, consultant, and serial entrepreneur working with non-profit and for profit health systems, private practice, and corporations nationally and internationally. As a senior executive, with GNA the company grew from 10 to nearly 1,000 employees serving 200+ locations with revenue of $150M. His other business interests include Performance Builders, InVisage, Solveglobal, Kinexit, Prosoft-Phils, & Gray Institute/GIFT. Bob and his wife live in West Michigan.

Brian Anderson has been involved in health care since 1985, running physician practices as well as working with physical therapy practices to help improve operational efficiency and practice value. Brian has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s degree in health care administration, and recently completed an Executive Scholar program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. In additional to his health care experience, Brian is President/CEO of International Aid, a $63 million nonprofit organization located in Spring Lake, Michigan.

Jim Hall has been involved in finance and health care since 1983 as a public accountant, advisor, and auditor working with Healthfocus, Rehability, and The Rehab Group. In 1997 he founded Rehab Management Services, a national billing company. He also heads up a local non-profit ministry group of approximately 100 volunteers and also hosts a long-standing and highly successful semi-annual blood drive at his church. Jim lives with his family and Cedar Rapids Iowa.
